Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly issue either a full refund or a reprint, according to your preference.
Please keep in mind that 617 IMAGES does not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect in quality. In the unfortunate event that your print arrives damaged, please send us an email at hello@617images.com with attached pictures, so that we can initiate a claim with our shipping provider. It is important that you retain all original packaging, as our shipper will need it for pickup. As soon as we receive the pictures, we will expedite the production of your re-print.
