Shipping Policy:

Due to the custom nature of 617 IMAGES products, ship times will be dependent on the product that you order. Most products (paper prints, canvas wraps) will ship within 3 business days but can on occasion take up to (1) week to ship. Framed prints can take up to (2) weeks before shipping will occur. Metal Prints can take up to (3) weeks before shipping will occur. 617 IMAGES uses USPS or Courier Services for delivery of all products. Once the order ships an email will be sent with tracking information.

Personal Delivery Policy:

Here at 617 IMAGES we offer personal delivery to residential and business addresses within the City of Boston. This area is defined as any neighborhood within the City of Boston. Once your order is ready for delivery, a 617 IMAGES employee will contact you at the phone number or email address you provided at checkout. That person will schedule a time for the product to be delivered. If no one is on site to accept delivery of the product, the product may be left in a secure location (usually in a mailbox, covered porch, or the like). We will NOT leave a product out in the open so that it may be stolen or in a location that will cause harm to the product. If the 617 IMAGES employee deems that it is not appropriate to leave the product, that employee will contact you again to reschedule delivery. 617 IMAGES will not be held responsible for products that were left in a safe and secure location (ex. mailbox) that become stolen or damaged.
